Al_Samawa Group was established in Jordan in 2003 under the leadership of Mr. Nicholas Kenny and Mr. Samer George trading in commodities, mainly sugar. The group has collaboration with Virgin Drinks UK for supply of non-alcoholic drinks. It has a bottling plant in Jordan for distributing Virgin soft drinks in Middle East.
Al-Samawa Group Plc is a UK registered company which is the UK arm of Al-Samawa Group based in Jordan. The Al-Samawa Group PLC is formed with prime purpose to venture new business opportunities in the West for its share holders.
Currently the UK based company has a contract to deliver and install solar power plants and supply electricity to five towns in the Republic of Albania with its partner, the Shenzhen Eternal Energy Technology Ltd..
Directors and Key Personnel
Nicholas Kenny – Director – Al-Samawa
Nicholas has 30 years experience in the property development and investment. He is the chairman of Kenny Investment Holdings UK ltd. He is also director of Kenny Group Eire. Nicholas Kenny has established a successful property empire in England and Ireland.
As a successful business man he has also expanded his business empire to Middle East, trading in sugar commodity and setting up a bottling plant for distribution of non alcoholic drinks, in collaboration with Virgin Drinks.
Currently, he is responsible for the operation in Europe where he has sourced and secured contracts to supply and fit PV solar system and hot ater ystems in many new build properties and entertainment establishments. He is currently in process of negotiating a large scale project in Montenegro.
Samer George – Director – Al-Samawa
Samer holds a degree in Business Finance and has 10 years of experience within Middle East. He is fluent in both Arabic and English. He heads up the Middle East operations, and is the head of distribution and negotiating the sales of all products within the group. He is credited for putting together the contract for distribution of refined sugar with the Government of Iraq. He plays a vital role in the expansion of the solar systems in the Middle East where he is currently negotiating a number of systems to be set up in Jordan and Iraq.
Sui Ping Lee - Technical Director – Eternal Energy
S Lee s based in China and had 20 years experience in the solar energy business. He heads up our China facility where he ensures all products are made to the highest standards and quality. S Lee is in charge of our Asian expansion projects.
Mr N Nmgan - Operations Director – Eternal Energy
N Nmgan has 20 years experience in the set up and installation of solar systems in many towns in China. He heads up our overseas operations, where he ensures the systems are built correctly and local engineers are trained in fully in order to maintain the system after installation.
